Delivery Guarantee Our delivery professionals are committed to keeping your purchases and your home in good condition. However, should any damage to your home or product occur during delivery, please contact your local store or send us an email to report it within 48 hours.
Dirks Furniture will repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion. We reserve the right to inspect the product. Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after delivery.
Returns and Manufacturer Warranties, Defects, Claims Product warranties and length of warranties will vary by manufacturer. Dirks Furniture will help facilitate service based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Dirks Furniture reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and will decide to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion – refunds can only be made if the product was defective, and returned within 7 calendar days.
Dirks Furniture will provide service within our delivery areas for a fee based on distance from the store, and size/difficulty of delivery.
For the first 30 days after purchase, Dirks Furniture will provide service at no charge.
After 30 days of the product being in your home, inspection fees, delivery fees, and technician labor costs may apply.
All “As-Is” and discontinued merchandise sales are final. Manufacturer warranties DO NOT pply to "as-is" or discounted items unless specified.
Return Merchandise Policy- 7 days from date of possession/delivery We understand there will be instances when, for whatever reason, a customer might want to return a purchase. We understand this, and we want to make such returns as easy as possible. If a customer is to return a furniture purchase (excluding bedding) within 7 days of delivery or pickup, we will either make a complete exchange or issue a refund . This excludes bedding, special orders, delivery and assembly fees.
Sheets- Linens-Pillows- Bedding- These products may be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days after purchase if defective or unopened. Opened items are non-refundable.
Mattress Protectors- Due to manufacturers warranty, these products may only be returned and refunded if they are UNOPENED, and within 30 days with a receipt.
Your refund will be processed and mailed out within 14 business days. Credit card refunds take less time and refund checks take the most. Some refunds may be immediately available, depending on staff on hand.
Please Note: We do not refund special orders or delivery charges. An additional delivery or pick-up charge may be assessed when we return to your home to pick up furniture or deliver new/replacement products.
Mattress policy All mattress purchases come with the Dirks Furniture 120 night “sleep guarantee” - if, within 120 nights, the customer is not satisfied with their mattress choice, the customer may exchange the mattress for one of equal or lesser price at no cost/no refund, or pay the difference if the cost is above the original purchase price. The return mattress must have been used with a mattress protector to be eligible for the ONE TIME exchange. The exchange for another mattress choice DOES NOT include- service inspection fees, delivery/pick-up fees, or technician labor costs of the original mattress, these are additional charges that may or may not be incurred by the customer.
